“As one of the top apprenticeship employers in the country we are extremely passionate about delivering high-quality training and learning programmes for our apprentices and we are excited about broadening our apprenticeship programme across our broad portfolio of businesses.

“We recognise the importance and value apprenticeships can bring to both the individual and also our business.”

Skills Minister Nick Boles MP said: “Food for thought: If you have a passion for catering or want to start your career in finance, why not take up one of the many apprenticeships Compass Group has on offer.

“Apprenticeships open doors for young people around the country. That’s why I am committed to 3 million more apprenticeships by 2020.”

To celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, Compass Group will be holding a number of events where its apprentices will have the opportunity to showcase their talents.
