How do we deliver?
Our model is straightforward. We seek to completely integrate the support services needs of our clients and thereby rationalise and simplify their vendor/supplier base. Our integration objective is further reinforced by maximising self-performance; in other words, most service delivery is via our own people. This manifests itself in two ways:
• internalising and self performing the activities of a number of separately controlled service providers, e.g. security, industrial and office cleaning, electrical engineering and building maintenance
• transfer of clients’ existing in-house service and management teams
This fully integrated, ‘one team – one client’ approach enables us to deliver real savings to our existing clients
