Core Concepts incorporates a Meet the Grower programme, which enables us to trace all products from farm to fork. Wherever possible, we support local farmers and source fresh produce locally and seasonally.
In addition, all Core Concepts meals developed by our chefs and in-house nutritionist provide clients and customers with nutritional information including Guide Daily Amounts (GDAs).
