In every sector - from Business and Industry to healthcare, leisure, education and Restaurant Associates - we're seeing an increasing demand for healthier food, together with information to help customers make a more informed choice.Compass' commitment to health and nutrition:• Giving our customers access to the right information to make informed decisions when selecting foods for their chosen lifestyle.• Improving the understanding of our employees, so they can better advise customers on their choice.• Providing a wide variety and choice of safe, high quality, wholesome and enjoyable offers that delight the senses and allow our customers to eat healthily.What is the Balanced Choices programme?Balanced Choices is our established and successful programme that takes the hard work out of providing healthier menus.There are three key elements which have made it a success:Choice - All the recipes in the range have been created by a highly skilled team of dieticians and nutritional experts.Training and Knowledge - We've invested in specialist training for catering managers to chefs.
