Our award-winning Core Concepts food programme delivers delicious food, inspired menus and great value for money. The programme has been carefully developed to meet customers' needs. We survey over 30,000 customers every year to understand how we can deliver the best solutions to fit the latest culinary trends in the industry.

The insights and results gained from this research are used by our New Product Development team to develop the Core Concepts food programme. Our latest offers include Wild Greens, Green Masala, Zona Mexicana, Best of British & Taste of Ireland, Bamboo, Trattoria, and Taste of the Med.

Our capabilities

Compass Group invests more in training our people than anyone in our industry. With over 5,000 qualified chefs across the Group, we are able to provide over half a million meals every day ? far in excess than any of our competitors. Where our food comes from is important to our customers - and it?s important to us too. We are the industry?s biggest supporter of UK farmers and are committed to providing British-sourced produce wherever possible. Core Concepts incorporates a Meet the Grower programme, which enables us to trace all products from farm to fork.
