We have an exciting brand new role for a Learning and Development Administrator.

As part of the Learning & Development Team, to administer activity relating to Learning Systems and digital learning content used across the Compass UK&I business. Including the creation and administration of E-learning content, administration and ongoing maintenance of the LMS, acting as technical support for the L&D administration team. To also work closely with the Digital Learning Manager to manage and deliver bespoke reporting for all requirements of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring data integrity across the Totara platform is maintained as a priority
  • Carry out role and data administration in line with GDPR regulations
  • Work closely with the Digital Learning Manager to ensure all development updates are delivered effectively and in a timely manner
  • Carrying out system administration along with ongoing process improvement relating to the LMS
  • Updating and maintaining course content
  • Support the administration of content delivery, identifying the most effective way to enhance user experience.
  • Use relevant digital learning creation tools to develop material most suited to the needs of the business
  • Design, publish and maintain learning resources to drive the usage of the LMS
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to maintain product and service levels.

  • Experience with creative tools, such as Photoshop, Premier Pro, Captivate, Storyline, Illustrator, Adapt Authoring Tool, InDesign
  • Knowledge and experience working with learning management and candidate management systems
