Head of Business Development and Customer Experience
A successful Head of Business Development and Customer Experience leader is the driving force behind generating new sales leads and creating new revenue streams to ensure the continued growth of the company whilst leading a successful team of Account Managers. You’ll be looking for these seeds of potential growth at every opportunity whilst engraining this behaviour into the NHS Supply Chain team. You’ll support the wider business with the mobilisation of each new contract won and forge long lasting relationships with the client to ensure both budget and sales targets are met for the NHS Supply Chain contract. If the thought of sitting behind a desk all day gives you itchy feet, this could be the lead Business Development role for you as you’ll be required to spend a large amount of time visiting clients and attending networking events to cement current and future relationships as well as introducing your team members to prospects.
