    I joined as a Junior Sous Chef, then took some time out to go travelling, before returning to Compass and working my way up to Sous Chef.

    I’ve now covered all sections of the kitchen and get to help the Head Chef with running the team.

    Every day is a fresh opportunity to create new dishes, experiment with new flavours and try out new techniques. And the best part – I’ve come such a long way and have learnt so much that now I get to pass it on to new recruits too.
