Our recent report explores the Social Value generated by Compass Group UK & Ireland through direct corporate initiatives and activities in 2024. This includes the Social Value delivered by CH&CO who joined Compass in April 2024.

Our social impact in numbers
We have measured TOMs related to Economy, Work, Community and Planet.
As a large employer of 50,000 employees, we generate a social value of £993m. Over 30% of our workforce live locally to where they work. As an employer of 10,000 employees - CH&CO creates a further £1.3m in relation to jobs, and have X% of employees living locally.
