Donna joined Compass in October 2017 with over 25 years HR experience with major multinational companies including Diageo, Cisco Systems and BP. She has experience living and working in the US and continental Europe in addition to the UK.

Donna moved to the business to bring together her passion for people and food - she has a particular interest in how to engage large front line teams to deliver fantastic service to customers and clients.
Originally from Birmingham, Donna now lives in London with her young son – who she describes as a “ bundle of mischief”.
Donna is a committed vegetarian, so loves the amount of choice that’s now on offer to veggies. She enjoys nothing more than cooking her infamous veggie recipes for friends.
