Ian joined the business from Starbucks, where he spent 16 years working across a number of territories. With a grand total of over 25 years’ experience working for major retail or food and beverage brands, Ian’s knowledge and understanding of the changing consumer landscape, combined with his personal passion for making a difference through sustainable food and nutrition is invaluable.
Ian brings a wealth of customer-focused strategy, brand positioning and product management experience and is excited about the size and scale of our business and what this means, in terms of being able to really make an impact. The opportunity to facilitate game-changing innovations that enhance the health and wellbeing of the millions of customers we serve every day is hugely appealing, and one of the reasons Ian is here.
Ian lives in the countryside and has two daughters, who at weekends, help him tend to his two chickens; 60,000 bees; or his vegetable patch, which boasts an impressive crop of organic riches, all put to good use as he works on his skills in the kitchen.
