Be A Star is our employee recognition scheme and is an opportunity to nominate colleagues for all their great work and contribution to our #teamCompass family.
Every quarter, we select the best nominations in each sector with the winners each receiving a prize!
The winner and their nominator will then also be invited to attend a celebratory regional ‘lunch is on us’ event.
Each winner will then be automatically entered into the annual 'Legend' award giving them a chance to be crowned our 'best of the best'.

'Lunch is on us' Events
Our 'Lunch is on us' events will take place every quarter, giving guests an amazing experience in stand-out Compass venues.
The events will showcase the winners by sector, with the first venues being Twickenham, Aston Villa and the Aviva Stadium.
