Our experience shows that over 50% of sales through our Costa Coffee shops within hospitals are from staff, demonstrating that Costa Coffee is a real benefit to staff onsite.
Working with Costa, we drive healthy eating whilst ensuring the customer has choice within the range of food and beverages on offer. As you would find on the high street our Costa Café stores also include a capsule range of M&S ‘Food for Now’ heated and ready to eat products.
Our Costa Hospital stores include the very best in technology and innovation at the forefront of the offer. This includes digital menu boards, self-service kiosks and click & collect. We are the only Costa partner to offer this service today in hospitals and we know how critical this is, particularly for time precious staff on short breaks needing to pre order from their phone and avoid queuing for food and drinks.
Great news though, it is available to all customers with the Costa app, which also rewards loyalty meaning for every 8 drinks you purchase you get one free as well as other rewards and discounts within our Costa café.
We understand that there may be occasions within a hospital environment when staff or patients are unable to make their way to the Costa.
To take our innovation to the next level and provide greater support we are beginning trials to launch a delivery service in hospitals.
