Once you have found the role that is of interest to you this is what to expect from the application process. Before applying however, make sure you meet the eligibility criteria, including having the right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme being offered. We want you to have the best possible opportunity of success therefore if you do need any help applying we have tips you can access below.

Submit your application online by registering your details and include an up to date CV showcasing what you can bring to the role.
We will ask you a series of questions to check your eligibility and also explaining why you want to work for us and what you think you could contribute to our business.
We may then email you an online assessment to test your judgement and/or your reasoning skills relevant to the role you have applied for.
Each test will vary in time and full instructions will be provided to you prior to you completing the test.
All successful applicants will be invited to attend a half or full day assessment centre which is designed to test your team work, resilience and your presentation skills through a number of practical exercises.
The Compass Graduate Programme commences in October, although some roles may agree start dates prior to this.
