Rapport, Compass Group UK & Ireland’s specialist provider of exceptional guest services, has celebrated record growth of over 30% and a 100% retention rate in the past year.
Since launching in February 2012, Rapport has gone from strength to strength, expanding its significant London-based portfolio to major cities across the UK, with 20% of the business now outside of the capital, as well as launching in New York, where its services have been very well received.
On Monday 8th February, Rapport hosted its 2016 Service Excellence Awards, in London, providing an opportunity to celebrate its ambassadors and their achievements.
Rapport credits its success by delivering on its business’ ethos “creating rapport with clients and their guests from the outset, leaving them with the perfect impression every time”.
In order to enable both the US and UK regional based ambassadors to celebrate the annual Service Excellence Awards, parties were held in New York, Manchester, Edinburgh and Birmingham and linked up to the London hub through a live video conference.
Altogether, there were 14 winners across nine categories which reflected Rapport’s core values including Create Rapport, Be Brilliant, Innovative Spirit, Walk Tall and Stronger Together.
Awards recognising “Outstanding Contribution” to the business and “Best Newcomer” were also presented during the evening.
Mirijam Neukirch, who won the Be Brilliant Award, said: “It’s an amazing achievement. I feel great and I want to thank everyone who supported me in achieving this award.”
During the event, attendees were enthralled by the inspirational words of guest speaker, Luxury Hospitality Professional, Anthony Lee.
