Rapport celebrates the success of its exceptional people


Rapport, Compass Group UK & Ireland’s specialist provider of exceptional guest services, celebrated the outstanding achievements of its ‘ambassadors’, at its annual WOW! Awards celebration event on Monday, 25 April.

The event was held at the prestigious London Vertigo Champagne Bar on the 42nd floor of Tower 42 with panoramic views over London, and brought together 90 of Rapport’s WOW! Award winners and their managers to recognise their remarkable contribution and ability to go the extra mile to delight their guests. 

The WOW! Awards is the only independent national award provider that recognises excellent customer service, based solely on guests and colleagues nominations. WOW! Award winners are identified each month by the independent WOW! Award team. The team at Rapport has been awarded a staggering 80 WOW! Awards between them over the past 12 months.
