Colin joined the Compass family in 2010 as MD of Jockey Club Catering before growing his sports and leisure remit to become Managing Director of Levy Restaurants UK. He says the biggest draw card in this industry has got to be the people. With a background in hotels (some 25 years), Colin still loves going back to the floor and working with his teams to get the job done. But it may have all played out differently if his teenage band ‘Rebels from the Waste Down’ had accepted that offer from Factory Records!
