Be A Star recognition programme
Be A Star is our employee recognition scheme, offering an opportunity to nominate colleagues for their work and contributions to our #teamCompass family.
Every quarter, we select the best nominations in each sector, and each winner receives £/€250. The winner and their nominator is also be invited to attend a celebratory regional ‘lunch is on us’ event. In addition, each winner is automatically entered into the annual 'Legend' award, with a prize of £/€10,000!
