Compass UK&I are pleased to announce the launch of our new Operations Management Graduate Scheme.
Our Operations span every sector of our business providing excellent service to our many and varied clients and customers. From military bases and schools to boardrooms and sporting events, our Operational Leaders are paramount in keeping our 50,000-strong team focused across our 15,000 client sites in the UK and Ireland.
In addition to our existing graduate schemes (Finance, Supply Chain, and Nutrition), our new Operations Management scheme offers Graduates the chance to gain on the job experience across our varied Sectors and central functions.
Our two-year rotational programme will provide real work experience across our business, giving delegates opportunity to absorb the key skills and experience needed to develop into future Operations Managers.

Over the last 5 years almost 150 talented graduates have joined the Compass Graduate scheme, and many are now part of Team Compass progressing their career, supporting our clients and making a difference every day.
Applications are now open for the October 2019 intake of this exciting new programme which you can view here, and assessment centres will take place in June 2019.
