FM and our wider frontline services are the heartbeat of our organisation. They are the steady hands that keep everything running smoothly - opening up our spaces, keeping them safe, fixing what could be broken - often before anyone even notices.

What makes this community so special is the impact they have everywhere. From cleaning and security to catering, helpdesk support, grounds teams and technical specialists, they shape the environments we all rely on. These valuable team members create spaces where people can do their best work, feel safe and have a positive experience, whether they are colleagues, customers, students, patients or visitors.

In a world that is constantly changing, new ways of working, new technologies and growing expectations, our people continue to adapt, problem-solve and deliver. Not just with skill and expertise, but with pride, care and commitment. That is what truly makes the difference.
