The awards are the world’s largest celebration of veteran talent recognising the individuals and organisations shaping high-impact civilian careers after military service.

Recognised for championing inclusion across the organisation, the Armed Forces network has embedded meaningful support for veterans, reservists, military spouses and families into Compass' people strategy. Through policy influence, leadership engagement and collaboration, the network has driven lasting cultural change and set a benchmark for employee-led diversity and inclusion.

Lifetime Achievement – Finalist

Nick Vadis

Nick has been shortlisted for his sustained and impactful contribution to supporting the Armed Forces community throughout his career. His long-term commitment, values-led leadership and advocacy have helped create inclusive opportunities, influence positive change and inspire others across business and the wider defence-connected community.

Inspiration of the Year – Finalist

Sarah Tott

Sarah made the shrotlist for the inspiration she brings through her personal commitment, resilience and advocacy. Her impact motivates colleagues and organisations alike, helping to raise awareness, challenge perceptions and strengthen support for the Armed Forces community in the workplace.

Reservist of the Year – Finalist

Stephanie Robertson

Stephanie has been recognised for her exceptional commitment as a Reservist, successfully balancing civilian employment with continued service. Through professionalism, leadership and advocacy, she demonstrates the value Reservists bring to organisations and acts as a role model for inclusive support of those who serve.
