Quartet of Springboard Awards for Excellence Nominations for Compass Group UK & Ireland
The Springboard Awards for Excellence have been announced and Compass Group UK & Ireland is delighted to have been shortlisted for four categories, including one of the new awards added to recognise businesses who have exceeded expectations throughout the pandemic.
Springboard CEO, Chris Gamm, said of the awards: “We’ve received a record number of entries despite the pandemic, demonstrating that our hospitality industry has gone above and beyond in 2020 to support their communities and employees, adapt their business models and succeed despite the odds.”
Compass Group UK & Ireland is nominated in two individual categories – Best Use of Technology to Improve Customer Experience and Best Corporate Social Responsibility. Rapport Guest Services is shortlisted for its tireless work and innovative initiatives to achieve the Best Employee Health & Wellbeing; and Medirest, Compass’ healthcare business, is one of four companies honoured to be up for Best National Support for Key Workers, one of the special awards added this year to showcase the extraordinary work hospitality businesses have achieved in the last 12 months. Additionally, Compass Group PLC is a finalist for Best Implementation of Virtual Training.
