Restaurant Associates celebrates double digit growth

Leading executive fine dining provider Restaurant Associates is celebrating record growth under the leadership of Managing Director, James Boyle who has also recently marked his ten year anniversary with the business. In the last two years, Restaurant Associates has seen growth in excess of 10 percent while also maintaining a retention rate well over 95 percent.

Restaurant Associates provides food for a range of prominent clients, including a lot of the UK’s leading professional and financial service blue chip organisations at Canary Wharf and the city of London, creative and media companies, along with running restaurants such as the Michelin Starred City Social restaurant in conjunction with Jason Atherton.

While the culinary team continues to excel under the leadership of Chef Director, Jeremy Ford, the business has also created a number of successful associate partnerships with leading chefs such as Dipna Anand, Ramael Scully and Lisa Roukin. These have bought a wealth of experience to the business and provided the opportunity for its chefs to have a chance to train and learn from them. Restaurant Associates also remains proud of its long standing relationship with Jason Atherton and the Roux family which continues to deliver an exceptional dining experience for customers.

As part of its ongoing commitment to its teams and investment in talent, Restaurant Associates has become a fully accredited Living Wage Service Provider by the Living Wage Foundation.  This scheme recognises contractors who support the aims of the Living Wage Foundation. As part of this, Restaurant Associates has committed to paying its office based employees the Living Wage and offering its clients the choice to implement the Living Wage at the point of tender through the bid submission process.
