Twycross and Edgbaston join LVP 16032017

: Lime Venue Portfolio has confirmed the addition of two new venues to its leisure venue division, expanding the group to over 90 unique and unusual venues across the UK. Edgbaston Priory Club and Twycross Zoo join the portfolio this month, adding to the group’s expanding options outside London and the M25.

Twycross Zoo is an outstanding addition to the portfolio’s growing venue offering for team building, incentive and conference customers. Situated in the Warwickshire countryside, the venue also has excellent access to and from Birmingham, Nottingham and London.

The addition of Edgbaston Priory Club meanwhile expands the portfolio’s special events venue options, and is yet another venue in the Midlands area. The private racquets and leisure club, home to the pre-Wimbledon tournament for the world’s top female tennis players, the Aegon Classic Birmingham, is full of high premium spaces all set in an active, indoor and outdoor environment.

“These two new venues underline the breadth of options in the unusual venue market and the growing demand we are seeing for new and exciting places,” comments Jo Austin, Sales Director, Lime Venue Portfolio. “We’re really increasing our footprint in the Midlands, but also showing how we can support specialist attractions like zoos as well as more private venues such as member clubs.”

This is an area where our portfolio has a clear advantage.”

The announcement of the two venues follows on from the addition to the portfolio of Aston Villa, last month. Lime Venue Portfolio will be launching a unique insight into the unique and unusual venue market, through a sector report, out later this month.
