Unique venue hire among the animals at Bristol Zoo

News

For a corporate event or private party with a difference, Bristol Zoo Gardens’ new interactive restaurant is now available for hire.

The Hide at Bristol Zoo offers a fun and flexible event space located at the heart of the zoo, among exotic animals from across the world. Operated by Levy Restaurants UK, Bristol Zoo’s official catering partner, the space is also a member of Lime Venue Portfolio, Levy’s collection of unique venues.

From early morning breakfast meetings, to large-scale networking events or parties, this impressive new venue can accommodate up to 250 people, to celebrate a range of occasions with themes ranging from relaxed dining to canapés and cocktails.

Featuring sleek white-glazed brick and copper theming on the outside and immersive interactive features on the inside, the venue has augmented reality screens, wall murals and animal sounds which create the feeling of being amongst the animals. Interior designers took inspiration from nature and installed five themed zones, based on a range of animal habitats to enhance the experience of visitors.

Vicky Whitfield, sales manager for the official catering partner, Levy Restaurants UK at Bristol Zoo Gardens, said: “I am delighted to launch a new event space in Bristol Zoo. Our unique events are tailored to a client’s individual needs, whether it’s a breakfast meeting over freshly baked croissants and coffee as the animals wake-up around the Zoo, or a private party with delicious food - this is a truly amazing place to host an event.”
