We are proud finalists for the 2025 Social Mobility Awards
Compass Group UK & Ireland has been named as a finalist in the Recruitment Programme of the Year category, at the ninth Social Mobility Awards. Winners will be announced at a gala dinner on 2nd October.
The UK Social Mobility Awards were established to recognise and celebrate forward-thinking organisations that are actively creating positive change for their employees and the communities they operate in – by embedding social mobility initiatives into their core business strategy.
Since launch in 2017, the SOMOs have become an important platform for promoting social mobility in the UK and have attracted entries from leading organisations across the country, spanning multiple sectors.
We have been named as finalists for our Social Partner Hub initiative. Launched in 2023, the Social Partner Hub was developed to support those who have traditionally faced barriers to entering the job market, such as those who are long term unemployed or people with disabilities.
