    I have always known I wanted to enter the culinary world and at the age of 16 attended Westminster Kingsway College, before joining several Michelin star names on the London restaurant scene. I joined Compass at the tender age of 22, now working for Restaurant Associates having recently been promoted to Sous Chef.


    What are you most proud of?

    Winning the gold award in the junior category at the annual Compass Chef of the Year competition in 2017, after picking up the silver the year before. Plus, being part of a team that took an ACE Ready, Steady, Cook victory and being given a Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Award for Excellence. 

  • What are you passionate about?

    I’m a Women in Food Ambassador and it’s great to be part of something that helps women in the industry. One of my roles in the network is to champion mental health issues, having gone through some issues myself. This is something I feel really strongly about and I’m keen to help raise awareness and support others around mental health.
