Step one

Online application

Submit your application online by registering your details and include an up to date CV showcasing what you can bring to the role.

We will ask you a series of questions to check your eligibility for the roles you are applying for.

Step two

Online assessment & video interview

If successful you will be invited to take part in series of online assessments designed to identify your potential for our Graduate Programme. This will be held online via modules and a one way video interview to measure your potential through situational judgement scenarios, cognitive ability and behaviours that make you right for our programme.

We know how important feedback is, so at the end of the assessment you will receive a report to help you understand how you performed and also highlight any potential development areas.
