Be A Star is our employee recognition scheme and is an opportunity to nominate colleagues for all their great work and contribution to our #teamCompass family.
Every quarter, we select the best nominations in each sector with the winners each receiving £/€250! The winner and their nominator will also be invited to attend a celebratory regional ‘lunch is on us’ event. On top of that, each winner will be automatically entered into the annual 'Legend' award, with a prize of £/€10,000!

Our 'Lunch is on us' events will take place every quarter, giving guests an amazing experience in stand-out Compass venues.
The events will showcase the winners by sector, with the first venues being Twickenham, Aston Villa and the Aviva Stadium.
