Compass Group UK & Ireland awarded RoSPA gold awards
Compass Group UK & Ireland has been acknowledged with an array of RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) awards for Health and Safety across its sectors.
The RoSPA Health and Safety Awards is the largest occupational health and safety awards programme in the UK. Now into its 67th year, the Awards have almost 2,000 entries every year, covering nearly 50 countries and a reach of over seven million employees. The programme recognises organisations’ commitment to continuous improvement in the prevention of accidents and ill health at work, looking at entrants’ overarching health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement.
2023 has seen Compass acknowledged for:
- ESS Defence & Government Services, received a fifth President’s Award for its 14th consecutive Gold.
- Healthcare and One Retail, received a President’s Award for its 13th consecutive Gold Award and were Highly Commended in the Hotel & Catering Industry Sector Award.
- Levy UK + Ireland received the Gold Medal – which is its 8th consecutive gold.
- Chartwells has been awarded a Gold.
