Mark joined Compass in 2004, as Finance Manager in our education sector and has since progressed through a variety of roles across a range of business sectors, becoming our Managing Director - Compass One in January 2018.

Mark loves the variety of his job - working in an industry which never stands still and is full of opportunities and experiences for people who want them. For Mark, the best thing about his role at Compass is meeting and working with inspiring and committed people, who he says it’s a privilege to work with.
Originally from Birmingham, he now lives in Worcestershire with his wife and two children. His top meal is the British classic - fish and chips, which in an ideal world he’d be eating with his family on a beach in Devon! Mark is a dedicated West Brom fan and one of his favourite hobbies is to watch the match with his dad, son, daughter, uncle and nephew.
