Why is the Women in Food programme important to you?
I think the Women in Food programme is key to helping others find a passion and career within the catering industry whether it’s a young girl leaving school or a mother ready to re-enter the world of work. As chefs, we need to support others starting their culinary journey to give them the right education and training for their future.
